Offering MS Teams Meeting integration through Polycom videoconference systems to allow participants to join remotely and use integrated system cameras to view the onsite participants or presenter.

The Centre has two Zoom Pro licenses capable of hosting meetings or webinars with up to 1000 attendees each. Built-in registration, surveys and recording are also available.

Virtual meeting connectivity
Expand the size of onsite meetings by interactively connecting one or more rooms using hybrid-conferencing platforms.

Centre hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday excluding statutory and civic holidays.
